Innokin iTaste MVP 3.0

Hello, all! I'm a fresh new member and have only recently become acquainted with the vaping scene. Hoping to expand my knowledge and cement my misty baptism. :)

Anywho, I did several hours of research about the mechanics of vaping, types of devices, etc., and after purchasing and trying out the Mig 21 starter kit from MigCigs, I sprung for the Innokin iTaste MVP 3.0. I think I've made what will eventually become an old friend!

Despite my research, there are still gaps in my knowledge that I hope to fill - one being on the topic of proper usage of drip atomizers, using bridges, safety concerns, etc. More pressing, however, was this:

When I bought my MVP 3.0, I also went and bought three Nautilus tanks (for variety) and on Aspire Atlantis tank (for indulgence). I found the literature in the Nautilus tanks to be extremely scant. Are there safety concerns involved with flooding? At one point should I be worried about damaging my mod?

welcome , i've never had problems with flooding when i used mine . There s several threads on here one both tanks hope that helps

Two out of the three tanks I filled (or trickled lightly into, rather) are working beautifully. The first took ages to get its initial soak, and I remembered seeing someone do a light, hard draw on a tank to fill the wicks a bit faster - not sure if that is a bad habit to form. Would pumping up the wattage a bit clean it up effectively? I'm really worried about killing one of my first tanks.

Good purchase. Should serve you well.

You're not going to kill the tank, just the head which you will have to replace eventually anyway. Sometimes there are issues with juice flow in these sort of tanks and you have to head to youtube to find some troubleshooting techniques to get the most of our your vape.

Come back and bug us about rebuildables when you're ready. It's surprising how building your own coils and wicks solves a lot of these headaches and saves you a ton of money. Not that hard either.

I've literally been vaping for a week in total, so... I'm going to sink into the middle stream for a couple months, find my favorite juices, and, frankly, let myself get a bit bored. Once I do some research into reliable batteries, get used to dripping on the little atomizers, and decide to spring for the device (probably something 50w+), I'll probably start research into building and such. :) Saving money is always good as well.
