Lol, I was also surprised to see the badge. I think it takes up too much space in a post though. So much MORE scrolling to do. Sigh.

What do you mean about the eGo threads?

The outer threads so you can put a T2 or T3 on without a 510 to ego adapter. They updated the MVP to have them but the original run, mine didn't, they only had the beauty ring threads.

The evic has them but the airflow is not great with one. It should be simple on this type of mod though.

Here is the old/new MVP connection

Just got word that my SVD is heading out the door to be shipped to me along with some of their new iClear30s. I'm excited for this one. Along with the E-Mail he gave me the spec sheet and a better pic than the one that's been floating around. But for the tl;dr crowd: Stainless steel telescopic tube (18350/18490/18500/18650), VV 3.3-6V, VW 3-15W, 5 amp limit(!), ohm checker, battery voltage display, and the usual assortment of protections 'n stuff. No idea on pricing at the moment, nor who's going to carry it. Here are the deets as passed along to me:

iTaste SVD

Dimension: (109.7-139.7) *23.5

If it's priced reasonably and delivers on the spec sheet...they'll sell a crap ton of them

Innokin's pricing has always been pretty reasonable, all things considered, so I'd expect this one would be priced in the sub-$100 range. I've asked Innokin if they have an MSRP they could share so we have some idea of what we'll see vendors carry it for.

EDIT: Just got a response. No word on pricing yet, but more info (and pics, and the manual) coming soon.

Thanks, I appreciate you sharing the information.

We might get to see a pbusardo thumbs up while whistling dixie if this pans out.

I just cross my fingers it isn't the zmax, vamo, anyvape chip...the numbers are the same.

I can't see getting a third device with the same chip.

I hope they go their own way as they seem to have been with everything else.

I had thought that, but I do like knowing that 7 watts on my Zmax is the same 7 watts on my Vamo, and will be on my CVI when it eventually arrives. I was reading Phil Busardos blog and he has been comparing juice delivery systems, and has each one an a vw mod and set them all to the same watts. He had four or five vw pvs sitting in a tub. :)
I'd be fine with a different chip on the SVD, but would like 7 watts to be 7 watts (or whetever I set it to). So if the reviews give it thumbs up for accuracy I think I'll get one. I'd like to know whether they are using RMS or some DC regulation.

Accuracy is key of course, I just don't know how much I am willing to drop on the same exact chipset that I already have twice. I guess it all depends on the reviews and price.

I saw a picture of this on tasteyourjuice.com, and I knew that I wanted it. Sadly it won't be out for awhile, until after the Chinese New Year. I hope that PBusardo does a review of this as soon as he can, if it looks promising and the price is right I'll get one. Like the telescoping idea, but don't really want to spend all the money necessary to kick one.

You wouldn't kick one - it comes with VW built in - in fact you can't kick it, that wouldn't work. This has circuitry which provides variable wattage. You just adjust the watts by clicking a button.
