Innokin itaste VTR top rotational wheel stuck. Cannot adjust voltage or wattage. Need Advice.

Hi, I just received a new itaste VTR v.2 in the mail today and I'm pretty sure it's defective. I just wanted to check in and see if anyone else has had this problem.... ? The top rotational wheel that the "function key" sits on top of won't budge. (The top dial wheel that controls the variable voltage/wattage.) I've tried turning it with differing degrees of pressure but it still seems completely frozen up. It came this way straight out of the box. I'm a bit disappointed as this is my second APV. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, how did you fix it? Or should I just immediately send it back for exchange/return? Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

I have to agree about returning it. Seems like to costly of a fix to make it practical

Return it...buy a better mod. For the price of a VTR you should be able to get a smaller, less ridiculous box mod that goes north of 20w.

Thanks for the responses! I'll be returning and looking for a new device. I'm a lil' disappointed though. I thought the VTR was supposed to be a reliable device. Guess not.

I'm still fairly new to vaping. Right now I only have the one device; the Halo Triton. I while I enjoy the Triton just fine,(It's been a great starting out device IMO) I was hoping for something with vv/vw, longer battery life, more options, more power, etc.. Well, obviously the VTR didn't work out. So, right now I'm drawn to the box mods. I'm not really looking for something with all the bells and whistles just yet. Something fairly simple to operate that's reliable would be nice...
