Noted. What is the normal life of these things?
The MVP v.2 was a very reliable mod. Not many failed prematurely.
Other mods have been less good (some istick 20w, some of the smok X-pro)
It's a crap shoot mostly. Innokin have a good rep for this particular range, but again, it's very new.

I bought this device as my first introduction into vaping. I think it is pretty amazing, but it does not seem to get much use by others. I haven't found anywhere in town that actually sells it. I bought online. Why don't more people use it?

I've been off regular cigarettes since August 2014, and I got off them using an mvp2 with a nautilus tank. When the mvp3 came out I wasn't impressed because battery life and Max wattage, but I did get the mvp3 pro kit with the isub G tank. I absolutely love it. My vapor store sells it and is where I ordered mine from. They have an express kit without the tank and a full kit with it. I love the tank that came with it way more than I thought I would. I think you'll start seeing them more as more stores carry them.

I think that by the time Innokin came out with it, there were already a lot of higher watt regulated devices on the market. So many people were disappointed that Innokin wasn't moving into that area fast enough. For the vast majority of vapers, though, I think they would be really pleased with it. Innokin makes great quality products that last. And the vape you get with them is incredible. They have a nice smooth signal unlike any of my other mods.

My new MVP 3.0 Pro was delivered today and I am absolutely loving it. My trusty old MVP 2.0 has been going strong for a couple of years, but when I got into rebuilding I started using a mechanical mod 95% of the time (at the time, the highest power regulated mods only went up to 15 watts). Innokin makes great products at great price points, and the build quality on the MVP 3.0 Pro is absolutely perfect. It hits harder than my mechanical mods for the builds I use (mostly 0.5 - 0.8 ohm single coils) even at similar power levels (set to ~4 volts), and it doesn't lose power as the battery drains.

It is my first high-power regulated mod, and I am definitely glad I waited for Innokin to release one of their own. I just have to get used to the fire button placement (it makes more sense where it is on the MVP 3.0 Pro, but the only other box mod I have ever owned is the MVP 2.0 -- it will take a bit of time to "unlearn" that muscle memory).

Temperature control is the new fad nowadays, but it is still in its infancy -- I will wait until it gets better before buying one. And with Innokin currently working on their own temperature-controlled mod, I'll probably just wait until they release it. Innokin might be "late to the party", but they do things right.
