Hi :) I'm no expert in ecigs, and I'm new to vaping, but I am good with eletronics, it sounds to me that there is a problem with the chip, I also read that other guys having the same problem, not only with Innokins products but with others also using the same chip. however, it is supposed to do that if you short it, so if you are sure you didn't do that, I think there is no way to fix it, all you can do is to wait for a new firmware. you could also ask innokin.

Dash007: Yes, I haven't had the same problem while vaping and charging at the same time, although I do generally vape on the go.

jrlakeman: I usually have it around 20-22 W.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what do you guys mean by shorting? I don't think I put too much stress on the device if that's what you mean. I vape in the low 20's, don't chain vape, and I usually hold the firing button for a few seconds or so
