Is that the magnet thingie? I was wondering...

If still going on about the SVD2, yep, the magnet thingie :)

Both of mine work fine, but not from this latest sale batch. Just can't figure out why to use them, since the mod shows battery state anyway, and I usually leave the cases in a drawer at home... Heck, I don't carry a mod to have it in a nice zippered case, I carry a mod to have it in my hand!

I picked one up about a year and a half ago and I love the SVD2 but as mentioned above it is huge! Even so, it gives a great vape with the prioritive DNA chip. It was this mod that got me to really like tube mods and eventually pick up a couple of P-things when the sale was happening.

A big up side to the SVD2 is putting a heavy glass RTA on it and carrying it late at night as both a vape and a self defense tool. I wonder if we could double stack one of these?

Here is "Electronic Stix" response to my question as to why not sealed in it's box . I said that i was just curious and i will definitely be keeping it .

I am sorry you did not receive the paper work and packaging that it originally came in. It was a clearance item and has been just laying around in the retail stores so some things were missing as the box and papers. Like I said on Facebook none of them were completely sealed as I personally had to open every single one of them. If you would like to send it back I will refund you the $14.99 you paid for it. Let me know what you would like to do. :) Also I was unaware the battery checker did not work.

Not sure why everyone goes on about the size of the SVD2. It's not really any bigger than, say, any of the tube Vamos, or than many other 18650 tube mods.

Heavier, more substantial? Yep!

Actually, at 5 3/4 inches, it is that much bigger than a lot of 18650 mods.

My p-thing is 4 5/8, a vamo that is also considered big is listed as 5 1/2

I don't find them big or heavy. I have 10 of them in the vape stash.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I like the size of it. I know a lot of women prefer a smaller mod, but I really like the size of this mod. It feels good in my hand, and I don't have big hands. We're all different and like different things.

Dang, I only have two! (But they're in use, along with others.)

Yeah, I find the SVD2 very comfortable to hold, too. The contouring of its body is helpful. And the weight is a non-issue for me as well.

Welp, I, as of yet, have no klue about it, but I can't WAIT for my big thingie to come.

Hurry, @DPLongo22 .

She wants her big thingie DP. Get on the stick!

I like the SVD well enough but it is just to much to carry in my pocket. This regulated it to a coffee table mod. I like the hand feel and it hits like a dream. It really was the mod that made me fall for tube style. The much more pocketable tube style P-thing in 18490 has become my current favorite carry mod for non work/activity.

I didn't mean to start a fire, all. Sorry 'bout that. I've never owned some of the mods mentioned, so for me, it's pretty big. To be clear though, I like it. And now what I know what those magnets are for (it worked!), pretty cool!

Same battery inside both (my only frame of reference):
