BTW...What did it cost to get the personalized art work done?....I really like how that looks, gives me a few ideas to personalize one of my Disrupters.

They're from Phiniac; because they're etched from a custom design, rather than one of their designs, and also have the "star dust" (sparkly) clear coat, they're $55. The sparkly clear coat is $4, and custom designs are $5 more than their designs, so it would have been $46 using one of their designs and the "regular" clear coat.

Yes, phiniac.com, and they're the nicest people. They etch away the paint to make the design, so they clear-coat it to protect it; it comes with a "regular" clear coat, or, for $4, you can get high-gloss mirror finish, or "star dust" which is very sparkly, just lovely; photos can't come close to showing how beautiful it is. The vertical "grain" of the CF4's finish is visible, which is a level of sparkle; then the sparkles, and the fact that it's glossy; you should see that red one in the sun!

And nice to see that chromatic vv4 with the stainless tank and rainbow driptip... I'm still considering one of those, from that great sale that Darling Kat linked; I could put my Achilles on it, and just put a rainbow driptip on it... pretty sure I've seen one of the knuckleheads I like with the rainbow finish.

I agree... I mainly got red first because that's my favorite color... got the pink by accident, an error on their part that was somewhat salvaged by offering it to me at cost -- which naturally I took, I'm not stupid.
and I have some pink driptips and stuff already, because of my pink iStick30. So now I'm thinking purple would make a great addition, maybe one of Phiniac's designs this time, but definitely again with the star dust clear coat; I'm a sucker for sparkle. Just gotta find some purple driptips I like -- I bet those rainbowy ones would look pretty good with a sparkly purple mod.
