Innokin SVD not working. Order # 140556

Received the package today after paying custom duty charges which was a whooping 63$.


Tested both the SVDs which I ordered but one of them is completely dead. have tried different batteries, but it refuses to power on. Using the same battery in the other SVD works fine. No LED light glow on putting the battery in, no respose on pressing the power button multiple times. I have even tried swapping the bottom caps from both the SVDs but no power at all.
This order has been a big headache for me. It seems I have lost a lot of money on customs duty and dont want to loose more on a defective DOA SVD as well

Please let me know what I details I need to send to you for this DOA product. Ticket #15253 and Order # 140556.

We are very sorry to hear that.
First, we have no idea how much customs tax you need to pay there, because it varies from countries to countries. I do suggest you to choose EMS for next order because normally EMS order do not need customs duty.
second, we are sorry for the bad luck with your SVD. We will take care of it. now it is late. our guy will reply to you asap tomorrow.

It was ordered through EMS. I have sent a reply to the ticket. I cannot create a replacement order as SVD is out of stock on your website.
