Innokin VTR RBA - Worth It?

So I'm fairly new to mods, however the tinkerer in me is screaming "Why keep buying coils and tanks when you can get a kayfun and rebuild?"
and well... The answer is because I was stupid and spent the money on a VTR!!!!

So here I am, trying to either find a rebuildable that will fit, and look good in my Jungle Camo VTR, or justify modifying the ring to fit a Kayfun 3.1.

So ....
1. Anyone here know of a good RBA that might fit?
2. Is a Kayfun really THAT good to where it justifies modding my VTR?

You can use the extension with your VTR and put a KF on top.

Whether to cut the ring off or not.... can't answer that for you. Depends on how "handy" you are, and how willing to modify your hardware.

Whether the KF is "that good" may depend on what you're comparing it to, and what kind of build you put into it. Compared to most single bottom coil clearos, for me it's no contest, KF wins hands down. (Uh, maybe that's why I have 5??)

Conversely, you can rebuild the single bottom coil heads and save money there. A little fiddly with the small parts, but there are all sorts of vids on how-to, and it's really pretty easy to do - and generally results in better performance.
