Innokin vtr rebuildable that fits

Anyone know of a good rebuildable that will fit into my vtr without using the silly extender tube. Not looking for drippers or Genesis style. Something that has the kayfun design in 19mm body size.

The Taifun GS fits(15mm) you can make up the gap between atty and ring with an o-ring.

buy a real one or you can find a clone for about $25.
