Hi, today let's take a look at Zyon Mtl Kit 1300mAh sent to me by innokin. In this Test I will examine each of the characteristics that distinguish this item. I hope that at the end of this reading you can understand this product, and therefore decide whether to invest in it or not. As always, my opinions are free and based on my personal experience.

The sugar cane colored packaging is made of 100% recyclable materials. On the front of the box presents the image of the Kit together with the list of the main features, Innokin reminds us of the use of the new PZP coils. On the back they are listed; the warnings, the packing list, the scratch&check, the QR-Code and the address of Shenzhen Innokin Technology Co., Ltd. On the sides of the box are shown; a partial image of the Kit and the autographed signatures of P.Busardo and Vapingreek who collaborated with Innokin on the development of this kit.

► Innokin Zyon Mtl Kit; First Impressions:
Innokin, with its wide range of available products, is able to satisfy any need in terms of aesthetic taste and performance. Zyon Mtl Kit is a new product that is immediately appreciated for its simple but at the same time nice, light and elegant design. Zyon's ultra-compact ergonomic profile fits perfectly in the palm of your hands and slips easily into pockets and bags.

► Innokin Zyon Mtl Kit; How it is made:
Zyon is really compact in height and the extra large diameter of 29mm gives it a low and sturdy appearance. The base offers a perfect footprint on the ground to make the device stable even during charging. At the bottom there is information regarding the battery. The 1,300mah internal battery is rechargeable via the USB-C port in a total time of approximately 60 minutes.

I received the Light Yellow color version and the Green version from Innokin, both are painted nicely and the black parts of the cartridge and screen stand out well with both color combinations on both yellow and green. The zinc alloy frame is simply decorated with lines engraved on the metal that demarcate the side profile from the rear/front profile and separate different shades of color between them. On the back at the top there is an AFC slot for the passage of air towards the coil. The airflow is adjustable from MTL to RDL simply by rotating the cartridge.

The control panel consists of a long vertical smoke screen that extends from top to bottom above the USB-C charging socket. This screen also has the fire button function and it is really convenient to click it because you don't need to be precise with your fingers. The OLED display with user interface (UI) is very bright with its white background color and allows you to monitor only the remaining battery charge and the set power.

► Innokin Zyon Mtl Kit; Operation Guide:
To turn the mod on/off, 3 click on the fire button. You can adjust the power from 6 to 25W by pressing the button twice, when the power value flashes you can increase the power by 0.5W at a time up to the maximum value of 25W and then start the adjustment again from 6W. The Zyon chipset offers the smart function that automatically identifies the installed coil and automatically selects the most suitable power value.

The Zyon compartment/pod houses a metal ring inside to combine with the 3 magnets that are placed on the bottom of the cartridge, these powerful magnets ensure a stable and strong connection of the cartridge to the Mod.

► Innokin Zyon Mtl Kit; PZP cartridge;
The Zyon cartridge is made of PC and PCTG and allows you, despite the dark color, to view the level of e-liquid inside quite well. The drip-tip is integrated and non-replaceable, its dimensions appear to be a good MTL/RDL compromise. On the cartridge there is a metallic aesthetic ring which is held in place by an O-ring, you can play with it by turning it with your fingers as if it were a common anti-stress, or you can also remove this ring and the aesthetics will not be affected and you will also be able to visualize the internal e-liquid level.

The plug-and-play design of this cartridge allows for quick installation of the PZP coil, just press the coil inside the cartridge and pull it out with your nails when you need to replace it. The refill takes place on the bottom of the cartridge, the filling slot is protected by a rubber tab, so once the rubber tab has been raised you can comfortably insert the tip of the bottle and introduce up to 4.5ml of e-liquid. On the bottom of the cartridge there are 6 holes for the passage of air towards the coil, these holes have a diameter suitable for MTL but if they are selected all together they can provide a more abundant air flow for RDL.

PZP Coils boast a new mesh structure with an updated breathable material to provide intense flavor and longer coil life.
Innokin's new PZP Coils platform is offered with 4 different resistive values to embrace a wide range of MTL-RDL users. Zyon with SMART ID function intelligently identifies the resistance of the installed coils and automatically suggests the appropriate initial wattage. The new Innokin PZP Coils can be purchased as replacements in blister packs of 3 pieces each.

► Innokin Zyon Mtl Kit; Vaping Test & Final Conclusions:
For the vaping test I used Hypnos TOB diluted at 10% with 50/50 VGG and with 3mg/ml of boost.

• PZP Coil 1.2Ω (10-13W):
With this coil I started the test with a selected power of 10W. The 1.2Ω PZP Coil immediately returns a good flavor, the vapor is dry and is very similar to that of traditional cigarettes, despite the low power selected of 10W the thickness of the clouds is abundant. With the AFC almost completely closed the MTL shot is perfectly choked and provides a decent hit. You can go up in power up to 13W; the flavor becomes more concentrated and the vapor becomes slightly hotter. This coil in combination with the 1,300mAh internal battery is able to offer you very good autonomy, I managed to cover the entire day easily.

• PZP Coil 0.6Ω (18-24W) MTL/RDL:
The flavor that the 0.6Ω PZP Coil provides is quite concentrated and pure straight away. By increasing the power up to 24W the flavor concentration increases even more and by opening the AFC to the maximum the vaping session is accompanied by substantial white and humid clouds. By tightening the airflow it's easy to get a really satisfying strong hit. The PZP Coils 0.6Ω generates some residual condensation in the pod compartment which is easily removed at the end of the day with a cloth.

In summary I found several points in favor of Zyon, for me this Kit is brilliant in its simplicity, it is ergonomic with a nice appearance, easy to use even for beginners and offers great performance in MTL without neglecting RDL. The flavor that the new PZP coils give is fantastic. The air flow regulation system is precise and convenient to operate by simply turning the cartridge. The battery life is good and is well managed by the intelligent chipset which, in addition to automatically regulating the power of each coil, guarantees a balanced discharge while maintaining the power constant until the end. To conclude I think that this device is particularly suitable for vapers who want to quit smoking and who want to face this challenge successfully.

Hi, the fire button is nice and big and is really comfortable, I have no regrets about the missing auto draw. Throughout my time using the Zyon there was no evidence of any leaks and zero condensation around the base of the coil.
