Innovape just sucks. Ordered their USA extension cap for my ProVari and it was a cheap piece of crap that made the battery rattle and lose connection. Couldn't replace the spring with a real one either. Didn't publish my review on their site, either. I actually think they have clowns machining their parts.

I've been using the Innovape M1 ring for a couple weeks now and I love it. I use it with IBTanked carto tanks. The only downside is it will not work with flanged cartos, but flangeless Boge / Ikenvape cartos work perfectly.

I'm not sure why the zombie would have a different sized 510 connection than any other Provari. What type of topper are you using?

I have the reverse problem. Four of my Kayfuns are too tall. There is a slight gap because of the longer screw on my tanks.
I have one kayfun that wouldn't fire with a Provape ring. The post on the kayfun was shorter. My son had a Loki Pro-ring I grabbed from him and now that kayfun works fine.

Maybe a Hippo ring might work?

I purchased an Innovape Provari ring. It looks perfect on the device but I have yet to get anything to fire with this ring on. I've tried it on all my devices. On the Zombie, the hole in the middle is too small to fit over the connection.

What gives?? Did I get a bad ring?

I just got the Provari Tank Ring from Provape last week and am having the same problem. I contacted Provape today and now will be sending my Provari in for a pin adjustment. What's odd is that I have another Provari and the Tank Ring works perfectly fine on that one.

I must say this is the first time I contacted Provape and their service is outstanding.

I've been using my ehpro kayfun. I can't adjust the pin unless I use a thicker plastic piece, I think. My cartos are flanged. I think I have a boge in the drawer I could try.

The Innovape ring will not work with flanged cartos (at least not the ones I've tried). The hole in the ring is not large enough to allow the flange to pass through, and the 510 connector is not long enough to make contact with the Provari's center pin when the flange meets the ring. IBTanked's IBT22 Pro Ring works well with flanged cartos. I'm not sure about the Kayfun.

On the site for the M1 ring, it specifically states it is designed for cartotanks only - however they failed to mention only Non-flanged cartomizers.

"•For Use With Cartomizer Tanks Only. Will Not Work With Certain Atomizers and Genesis Style Atomizers."

With that being said, I have purchased two of these rings...one I use with my IBTank and flangeless carto, the other however was a life saver with a Kayfun clone which left an unsightly gap with any other ring and this one fit perfectly.

I did however have the same issue, this ring would not sit flush on my White mini ProVari V2, it sat up exactly as in the picture the OP posted. I did not do any measurements, but as we all know along the way ProVape does make tiny changes which many of us don't realize or that ProVape makes known. I just assumed that my V2 had slightly different variances in the top cap than the newer V2.5.

I have numerous rings for this very reason, there isn't a one size fits all when combining the ProVari/Ring/Topper, there are just way too many variations.

These last two posts tell the whole story!

I use different rings with different tops, for certain. Only rarely use flanged...and if I have to, I hide the gap under an IBTanked ring, or the "collar" of an SnP will do it too.

Coincidentally, got the Innovape ring I think the same day I got a Sophia and a "Cage" tank - and they're such a good pairing, they've been together nonstop since.
