Well, we're still a little way from launching the black EVO but we do have the Mighty Atom battery online for sale as either an individual accessory or as an addition to starter kits. In anticipation of the inevitable questions:
You will get between 2 hours and three days from one charge but can expect an average of 4-8 hours with normal 'smoking' use. It is not Chinese.

We are in the process of setting up a number of distributors around the world but there are plenty of opportunities for anyone who might be interested. Please email me at work rather than clog up the forum, john@intellicig.com

Best wishes.
John.

Just so everyone here can try the Mighty Atom at the best price we are offering all forum members free shipping in the UK.

Just enter coupon code: 3d60f951b9 at checkout and the shipping charge will be removed.

The new smaller battery is a great step forward for the EVOlution but there is much more to come ;)

Best Regards

We have tried to keep as much power as possible, but the battery technology limits us, the life is approx 20% less.

This battery is designed as a secondary battery as such our kits still use the longer genie battery and the mighty atom is an extra.

this battery lasts longer/shorter than the regular "genie" battery or does it have a similar time frame?

Firstly, thanks to everyone who has ordered a Mighty Atom, or 3 in some cases! I thought I might catch up on some paperwork today but the little sizzlers have been flying off the shelves! As to charge capacity, I charged one overnight and started using it at 7.00am. I used it exclusively through the day, only stopping to top up the cart, and at 3.03pm I got a nice draw and plenty of vapour. On the next draw I got nothing except the battery flashing in eventual submission. I vaped it a good deal as it was another pressure day and those figures are honest. We'll have some comparisons soon when members receive theirs and hammer them!
Cheers.
John.

Well after yesterday's marathon 8 hours from the Mighty Atom I was most disappointed today by its drop in performance. Once again I plugged the fully charged Atom into a sizzling 4 hole vapouriser and used it as usual all day, which was another intense one making sure everyone's orders went out and trying to communicate with customers and potential sellers all over the planet (apologies if anyone left a phone message and didn't get a reply - temporary problem and being too busy means I will be in work tomorrow morning catching up!). Anyway, the Atom eventually gave up at 2.58pm, that's a whole 2 minutes less than yesterday!!;)
Skeptics questioned the Genie but it has proved to be a physics-defying success. The Atom uses the same uranium rods and is a little belter! The black one will be just as powerful, not long now, honest!
300 years ago and I would have been burned at the stake!!
Cheers.
John, still working!

I'm vapiing with the Mighty Atom now and the first thing I notice is...apart from the really comfortable size...you can take a very long, smooth drag on it and it is a LIVELy little feller! I'll do a short text review when I've had it for a while longer, but first impressions are :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

Hows that little battery doing expipeman, get anywhere near the claimed times?

I've been using it constantly now for nearly 24hrs and I'm finding that, with almost constant use (a stressful weekend with a relative taken into hospital) I'm getting somewhere around the 5.5 hr mark on a charge. I should point out that the charge is from a 3-pin wall-mounted usb plug with the charger in that. It takes about 20 mins to charge from flat. :thumb:

Thats impressive, my genie batts take 30mins through usb ,thought there was something wrong with the charger, but nope full charge everytime

thanks for replying and i hope your relative gets well soon :thumb:

Thanks Womble - I'm afraid the relative is suffering from a bad case of old age (85). Even Kings, Politicians and reality-tv stars aren't immune to the passage of time. As Larkin said "...well,/We shall find out."
