Before I realized how beneficial e-cigs were to help me quit smoking (19 days free today!), I frequently read articles at the WhyQuit website. I was reading there today, mostly because I wanted to see what they were saying about e-cigs, and why they were so against using them to stop smoking.
I came across this PDF, and I thought I would share it with you all. It's LONG. The e-cig stuff starts at page 247, and on page 263, there's a report from someone who attended VapeFest 2010 to do a grassroots study on vaping. He found some interesting things, including the fact that although he is incredibly sensitive to second-hand smoke, perfumes, etc., he spent ten hours in a vapor-filled room and emerged with no breathing problems whatsoever.
I think it's worth a read.
