For those of us with limited bandwidth and/or slow connections, can you tell us what this is about??

It's short, only about 30 seconds, but here's the jist: for the last 7 years in the US, smoking rates have stayed at around 20%. The CDC just released a report that smoking rates have dropped to 18%, and a medical Dr is quoted saying that the 2 million fewer smokers in the US can be attributed pretty much directly to the growing popularity of the e-cig.

Basically: smoking rates dropped from a 7-year 20% to 18% and a Dr is quoted saying: "These new nicotine-delivery devices have been used by about 2 million Americans, if not more, and that matches pretty closely with the numbers of those who have left smoking behind."

Wow, that's great news! No wonder BT is scared.
