Yes, the waste aspect of the e-cig/pv 'industry' has always bothered me. Now that I use rda / RDB it bothers me, personally, a heck of a lot less yet that is such a minuscule percentage of the total of all vapors that it is probably negligible. I remember NJoy had a 'trade-in' program where you would send in X depleted units and they would send you a free new one. I thought that was a good step forward but I've no idea how it worked for them. In any event, I think it is a perfectly valid concern.
