Internal Cartotank O-rings too small to fit cartomizer snugly

I changed out my internal o-rings to my carto-tank with the exact same size and thickness of o-rings because I wasn't getting a good vacuum in the tank. My problem now is even worse it seems. There's no hold. The o-rings seem too thin or something and don't grab the cartomizer. Help! I don't know what I'm looking for as far as size or thickness for these o-rings.

That is a strange one. Is it an IBtanked setup? What carto's are you running?

It's a Hand Blown Borosilicate Glass 5ml Vapor tank from:vapor-mania.com The carto I'm using is a Smoktech single coil 2.0 ohm, 2 hole punch. The o-rings I used are the one's used by IBTanked, they were the same size as the original one's used in the Hand Blown one.

Nice tank...I have looked at those but have never pulled the trigger. Which one did you get?

I am just spit balling here but you might try letting the o-rings soak in some juice for a bit and then install them in the tank. The hope is that they will swell a bit and give you a better seal. It really sounds like you need a thicker o-ring, you might contact vapor-mania about the issue as well. I am betting they will send you out something to get you fixed up.
