At the end of May I went on vacation to Indonesia (22 hour flight/one way). I was nervous about it but I refused to go 2 weeks without my vapor so I disassembled my DSE-905 and put it in a pouch with 30ml of liquid, spare attys, carts, charger, and five 14500 batteries. Those went into the bottom of my travel shaving kit in one of my checked bags. In my pocket I put a full 3ml juice bottle and in a small baggie: four 510 batteries, 4 full carts, and 4 attys.

Believe me, I had some serious butterflies in my stomach when I got to the first check-in in Atlanta. I left the 3ml bottle in my pocket and put my 510 baggie in the basket with my keys and other metal pocket items. Scanned through with no problems. I kept thinking I was going to hear my name on the intercom for a random bag check on my checked luggage but nothing happened:thumbs:.

Once we were well in flight I went to the bathroom, pulled out my baggie and vaped away:vapor:. NO SMOKE ALARMS!!:D I did exhale towards the floor and not up towards the smoke detector though. It was GREAT!! Thank God I had an aisle seat so that I could get up anytime without bothering anyone else. Vaped all the way to Jakarta and back, plus in the smoking lounges in Singapore and Germany. My best flight ever, and not one security problem.:toast:
Anybody else have any good or bad flight experiences to share?

Ahhh...Indonesia...we went to Bali in 2002. We were IN the nightclub when they bombed it. Then, we were the first flight out.

Memories...

But, I digress..I've flown a few times and never had a problem either!! I just held it in a bit and got next to no vapor on the exhale. 100% PG is the best for stealth vaping!

Glad to hear you had a smooth flight, I wish we'd had PV's when WE flew there!!

My sister just flew back to Malaysia from NY....she flew Singapore airlines and chain-vaped in the bathroom without setting off any alarms :)

Cool...I flew Singapore Air too, very lovely stewardesses:)

Did your sister say anything about the e-cig ban in Malaysia? I heard you can be arrested for vaping in public there...
