International Shipping of Juice?

Was looking at the Nude Nicotine site and liked the fact you can select the blend ratio's, so thought I would make a purchase of the trial pack.
When it came to shipping, they state they are not permitted to ship internationally on Nicotine products.
I usually buy from Halo in the USA so what's the problem? Is it a State regulation?

Possibly. More likely they just stopped international shipping due to the customs hassles and demands for replacement shipments when packages get seized.

Even when places plainly state they have zero responsibility for a package once it leaves the US, customers can be unreasonable when packages get seized at the point of destination. It's a double problem with no good solution: One the vendor side, they are expected to know the importation regulations for every possible country placing an order. If they know there is a problem with "country X" and then refuse to ship the customer gets p.o.'d. On the customer side, they aren't supposed to be ordering if they know importation of e-liquid is likely to be seized. Ultimately many vendors just drop international altogether.
