Sorry you're having all these troubles, brother. If it were me, I would have hit the friggin roof by now.

LOL Have already, its on the wife's desk so I do not put it through the drywall.

All I wont is a EQ that works not looking to get my $ back yet just one that works.

How can I judge if I like it or not if I can not get it to work more then 24hr's

I would like to report I have my first Eclipse EQ up and running, programmed how I like it and it is vaping circles around everything else I have ! Nice Job Maro & Michael !!! Wayne sorry to hear your having problems buddy.

I just wont it to work to so I can make a judgment as to if I like it. Less then 24HR's on it on both turn a round's.

Frustrated is an understatement right now.

I'm real sorry, pal. YOU, one of the kings of all things vape-related, should have a unit that works properly.

If I have these issues, I will probably scream so loud that people will think its another shuttle launch.

I'm so sorry for the problems you're experiencing MX...decided to take my 2nd EQ for a test run to verify it was working beyond just putting the battery in and it didn't make it two hours....the 6th led light just started blinking and would not stop...fire and pump buttons would not activate....sounds similar to your problem, second go round...I sent mine off to DC just this morning, on his dime...I'll report back.

I have no complaints as long as DC is so fantastic at Customer service.

No complaints on the customer service I do thing the EC needs some sharpening. JMO

mine resets its voltage all the time, on a fresh, midway, or low battery. Its sitting on the desk showing me its at 5.2v i press the fire button while its on the desk with just one finger not touching anywhere on the EQ faceplate and when i press fire the voltage changes back to 4.0v. happens about 6 times a day. I've also had the EQ totally powerdown for no reason and need a battery take out and put back in to start up again. sometimes it doesn't register that my finger touched the fire button. From above posts it seems like only a matter of time untill it fails fully.

This is my big expenditure for the YEAR and I sure hope it works correctly. I also really hope that the defective units already received by the veterans of this thread get fixed. I KNOW that this PV can be awesome; I just need to BELIEVE it now.

Any one used the EQSUPPORT1@COMCAST.NET email for communication on the EQ this is listed on the warranty sheet.

Being on the West Cost there in the same time zone.

I know. I hear ya. I'm just referring to some of the problems brought up by a few recipients. Keeping a positive attitude the best I can. :)
