FYI: I unscrewed the center pin a bit and put the allen key into it, then I tapped down on it with a few times. reattached my atomizer and still nothing but "Check Atomizer" I tried it a few times. So I guess this trick doesn't work for me. Just getting sick of the Vamo again, I want the nice clean power of the dna. I'm not a fan of PWM.
And then I just remembered, I have two 1100mAh eGo-C Twists sitting around.. clean power, though I feel silly with a Russian 91% sitting on an eGo.

When you tap down with the hammer/punch it seems like what you are really doing is knocking the insulator down a bit.You might try that directly with a small socket or an upside down screw, center pin removed of course.
Yeah, I don't know. I'm sure they're busy getting things together, but considering they've been building and shipping since last week, I would've expected to see someone post that they've at least received a shipping notification or tracking number. I would just like some kind of update.
I received a reply from Jon this morning saying it (Order No: 2110) should hopefully ship 'week after next' and 'dna 30 boards are in short supply and that's causing the hold up'. I can wait another week or 2 or 3 and hopefully I'll receive a device that I'll be proud of.
I ordered in November and I've been trying to be as patient as possible, but I have to admit, that patience is beginning to deteriorate. I'm ok for now, but if I still don't have my Futura in a couple of months, that patience will be well and truly gone.
Somehow those two posts just don't add up. That order number for the one shipping the week after next, puts the order in late January. Of course, they had reduced the options ordered by that point to one style of cap and standard paint jobs which might be the hold up. mokhann, did you order a custom paint job or something other than the 510/Ego top cap which would delay the order?
that's just not right.... and you're willing to wait it out another couple months, wow, you're a patient man!
#2117 here just had the same response from Jon. The week after next they should be shipping.(510 only, graphite black). He would make it lots easier to give some info here , but yeah I guess you guys know his style allready a bit longer. I ordered only by the end of january.

My wait is partially self inflicted because when they posted the DNA 30, and my order was on delay, I decided to wait for a DNA 30.
I think the main issue is that there is a shortage of DNA 30 chips. Just how many they have, how long the queue is and when they will get more; is I'm not sure. I'm under the impression that "some" orders will be built and ship soon. It's all quite grey right now on the timing. I just hope I get my order soon and that it is in good condition when I do get it.
It's been so long I find myself shopping around for other mods, then I think "well my Futura should be here soon so just wait it out". I still have other mods to vape so it's not critical. I'm excited and disappointed all at the same time. Fingers crossed.

plus he is gonna have one hell of time trying to dispute his charges with his cc company if he decides to the big question is why wait so long when your order should have been one of the first ones out the door as soon as he got the new chips. i disputed my charges as soon as i figured out i was given the run around. thank god for hana modz there real professional and actually ship when they say they are
Yes, I did this a couple of weeks ago as well. It's a part of the reason I'm not upset. I won't be annoyed until people that have ordered months after me start getting theirs first.
I think the explanation is that they're probably out of stock on some of the top caps. Stuff like that happens with startups.
Jon mentioned to me that they were receiving another shipment of completed top caps this week. Just FYI.
I have a DNA 20 mod currently so I can wait this out
