is it really much shorter than the semovar? any chance of seeing them side by side laythor?

Its longer than the semovar I believe. Semovar is 100mm. futura is 111mm. provari is 87

I'm still kind of a noob but I don't understand why everyone says the semovar is so long. I have a semovar. It's shorter than my vamo.
The semovar is thin so I think that makes it look longer than it is.

I don't have any semovars or futuras for side by side pictures and I'd rather not get into photoshopping for proportions so until someone comes along with all three devices for a side by side here is an image of the different device lengths.
1mm=1pixel I didn't bother making it fully proportional for width so that will effect its illusory appearance. They're all 22mm wide...
red=Futura 18350 111mm
green=Futura 18350 with flat tail and 510 only "a little over 100"
orange=semovar 18350 100mm
yellow= provari mini 18350 87mm
The measurements were taken from manufactures sites with unknown heads/tail caps.

I have the dna in a tube and the nivel in a tube both side by side and the dna section is a little longer than the nivel section
Futura in 18350 mode with 510 only cap and flat bottom is a little over 100mm...
I have them side by side and the futura is longer then the semovar, but my semovar has a kayun 3.1 with the hybrid adapter and stock drip tip. the futura has a kraken with a derlin drip tip and in this configuration the futura is 1 to 2 mm shorter.
yeah I was surprised to hear you say nothing is as long as a nivel tube, it sounded like you were saying the futura was actually shorter than the semovar
i should have been clearer. In my case with the attys i have on each.. the semovar is longer. the mods on their own in 18650, the futura is the winner! 
Finally! Someone compared something to a Vamo! Everyone always uses a ProVari, which I don't have... Great pic, thank you!
