I'm also a klutz..... There's only a few times that you can get away with dropping a wooden mod before it becoming unsalvageable but
*wood floats....so.....I could see myself swimming after my wooden mod that got away from me on open water....... Lol

Hah! Good point. But my Sumpin' is never going off shore with me. Nope, never. I already broke the squonk lip (dropped it on the carpet), but it's a tough mod. It won a fight with a spinning ceiling fan that fell off the ceiling. But it will never be subjected to that salt water environment.

Having worked with a lot of former 4.0 students and many not, I place little store in that metric.

Not that Paul is one, but a lot of 4.0 students don't do so well in the real world on real tasks/designs.

Probably, but I would attribute that to experience rather than intellect. Everyone knows persons of the other type. The achievement lies in the restraint from removing them from the gene pool

The ability to achieve a 4.0 shows me much more than a person's intellect. For example, it shows focus, motivation, and working to and achieveng one's highest standard. Plenty of highly intelligent people don't score a 4.0.

Ummm, nope. Don't see it at all. Other than being a bottom feeder they don't have much in common.

OHave you looked at the pics on the previous page the overall shape is a direct copy the squonk hole is in the same location the button is in the same location. Is it a carbon copy of a Tmod no but you can clearly see that it has major influence from a tmod. with all the Chinese clones it would just be nice if people could try to be more original and not copy an idea that someone spent countless hours trying to come up with in the first place.

The MyMod doesn't look anything like a Tmod. They couldn't be much more different from a design standpoint. Overall shape? What shape should it be? Squonk hole in the same location? Where else would it be? Carbon copy of the Tmod? Not even close.
