I've never used a bottom feeder, always wanted to try one though. A kit sounds awesome. But I have too many other projects taking all my money otherwise i'd love to throw lots of money your way. You do great work. Is my box one of the orders you're working on? or have you not had the chance to order the wood yet?

Wood is ordered and just waitin for my invoice to pay and reciveyours is one of them. I figuard I would take enough orders to keep me busy for a little over a week

I like the bottom feeders, but I like tanks too. I'm easy that way...

That being said, I would love to buy any kit you offered. I like the SP's for size and the bottom feeders for convenience. I like to make stuff, but while I am decent at soldering I have no woodworking tools at all :/

You would only need sand paper and time to sand I would put the end caps on and drill holes the rest is up to who ever gets the DIY kit

Exactly. Sanding and finishing I can do--it's the sawing and routing I can't handle

I haven't had anytime between the orders and trips and today is my sons bday . Pretty much a busy month.

I want the box to be different then what I make already and I tried a few designs but they were not that comfortable . I kind of wish I could find someone who can work with metal . I have a good idea but I can make some if the parts since they need to be made out of metal

What exactly are u needing done with the metal? Lathe work or do you mean a box shape?

Lathe work, and some threading. The tap and die set I have isn't big enough and I don't own any Lathe

chopperguys is planning on getting a lathe, maybe talk to him, ideas sound good, i creep around here, just havn posted alot. now i gotta go catch up with the 1st episode of the new season of survivor, i always loved that show, lol

I will post pics when the one I'm putting together is done, I have one left , I broke two of them .... stuff happens. I am getting worried though I haven't been able to get in touch with my wood supplier for two weeks now and I have like no wood left

Nope no word , I contacted two other company's for prices . Still kind of baffled with the original supplier , just poof gone
