Yea must be. It's weird though. What could cause a hard pull. You can see light through the hole. It's even tight when not on my pv. Maybe the small air holes in tge threads. I dunno. It's just super tight. I just filled a brand new one with some Bella, and it's like the others. Either way I will try them again. They are great when they perform as they should.

Does anyone know if the fusion carto's are dual coil?

The fusions are not dual coil cartos, however they run super in a tank, as do the Iken V2 Golds, so do the duals, flavor wise the fusion is very good and the V2Gold has great flavor too.

The stainless steel Torpedo Tanks will start to be available Tuesday. The Pyrex will take a little longer, the first tests are good but not as strong as I require so more testing to come. I also will be adding to the web page a new adapter the 701 mouthpiece to 510 drip tip adapter. It is stainless steel and perfectly machined, so if you have a Bulli Smoker or anything (Genisis) that use's a 701 mouthpiece and you like your 510/901 Drip tips this is a must have.

Ok, that's frickin great to hear!! I was bummed when RatInTheHat wasn't allowed to talk about his anymore so I'm glad someone picked it up. :)

Can I order somehow still with Paypal though?

(btw, I'd love to order the SS tank as well, but money's just way too tight right now... hopefully I can order one in the near future!)

You can order and pay with PayPal. Just send me a PM with what you want and I will total it and you can pay with PayPal.
On the subject of money being tight, it looks like the price on the stainless steel Torpedo Tanks may come in a lot lower than I thought due to our upgrade in equipment.

That's good to hear...Shooting to get 2 of them myself. Kinda waiting on the Pyrex though... Are we talking like, actual glass, but if I drop my PV, it won't shatter?

We are talking actual glass, the first one's failed testing because the could not handle a two foot drop onto my metal workbench. If the next round of thicker walled ones holdup better then I will make them available. The tubing will arrive in about five days then we test it. Even if it pass's my testing it will still be glass, so if you drop it it may still break.

Ahh of course. If the pyrex has to be thicker walled, how is that going to work with the caps? Will the glass stick out, or will the caps be resized to be even with the glass?

We are working on those details. I think with the glass that is on order we may be able to keep the same form factor using an annealing process on the glass. I don't know because I don't work with glass but the guy that handles the glass said something like that.

Do you plan on using the pyrex for the SS Carto tanks as well?

The plan is to have Pyrex tubes as an option for all of our tanks once we get them perfected. The tanks will all come with the polycarbonate and have the option of Pyrex upgrade, due to higher cost and labor on the Pyrex.

Johnah, I have a couple of observations. I was having alot of leaking problems with the old tank bottom. I thought I screwed up the CE2 somehow. I definatly screwed it up removing it from the bottom piece!! I recieved the new V2 bottom today and put everything together. When I look throught the top piece I can see light through it. The cart is wiggling arount in the c'bore and not sealing. the top piece I have has a .362 x .075 deep c'bore and a .338 thru hole. I am assuming this is how it is supposed to be. I was thinking a large 45 degree lead in angle into the c'bore would help the cart center itself into the hole instead of hitting the bottom of the top piece durring assembly. I am going to take it to work on monday and turn off about .030" from the face of the poly tube and turn a .425 x 90 deg. included chamfer on the bottom of the top part, and I think it will seal fine then.

BTW thanks for the quick shipping
Ray

Ray,
I think the problem you are seeing has to do with the 3 different size's of XL CE2's or the 2 size's of regular CE2's if you need a shorter tube send me the length of your current tube and I will get you another one sent out.

Jonah, The tube I have is 1.795" Are you using a pipe cutter on the CE2's?
Thanks

One thing to keep in mind. I have expereince some leaking with a number of different tanks I have. After a lot of playing experimenting and just plain out and out tinkering, I now believe that most of the leaking issues are actualy due to the CE2s themselves. Bad soldering and whatnot. So a lot of the issues have nothing to do with the tanks, some but much less than we think.
