Hello, I've lurked here a few times as Google sent me here when I had questions over the past 6-8 months. I've been vaping on and off for a little while and now back on with the MANY wonderful new vaping products that have made this experience a heck of a lot more enjoyable than the last time I tried.
I am a middle aged man who smoked 2 packs a day. I gave up analogs totally about 3 months ago. I mean totally... the 3 months before that I smoked when I felt like it and slowly just switched over completely. Wasn't hard... not at all with a good juice.
I have several vaping rigs and plan on getting more. My current personal faves:
VAMO... love this thing... got it cheap, works like a charm and flexible as can be.
AGA-T2 RBAs - Just started into the rebuildable Genesis atomizers and I have a hard time picking up anything else. Like it so much I bought a second just as a back-up and can switch juice flavors quickly.
Used:
Early EGO kits like the "Riva" which were OK, but left a lot to be desired.
Cartomizers when they were new and they were a great step up
DCT, loved them but hated when they clogged or flooded, disgusting and seem to be a HUGE juice waster.
Clearomizers - Love/hate with them... dry hits suck but can be avoided if you are "thinking" about it while you are vaping.
I hope to learn of new products, better ways to afford this hobby and hopefully help others with the pitfalls I encountered along the way so they can maybe avoid the same problems I did...
Next steps I'm considering...
I have a mechanical mod coming in the mail and will build a sub 1ohm rig...
I want to dabble with a rebuildable drip atomizer/s
And I want a couple more favorite juices... only have about 3 I really like enough to vape regularly.
