Hi I am new to this forum. Just recently bought an electronic cig and I like it a lot except some small issues I hope I can fix. I'm active duty military and like my job a lot. Ever since I bought my e-cig I haven't bought a pack of cigs but still smoke them occasionally, usually because of the issues I'm having with my e-cig. :(

Trying to get my posts in so I can go into the other forums.

Hey Medic 313, You can always go to other forums and read before you get all of your posts. I found a lot of information that way at first.

Thanks for the replies. Wow that was fast. :)

Ok well here is my story. I recently went to the mall and purchased the "Smoking Everywhere" kit. Overall I spent almost 180$ for everything and this was with the military discount.

Anyway the product is OK for the most part but the sales person never explained to me that there is this chip in the cigarette that prevents you from smoking after a few puffs. Then I read around on their site and it said after a few minutes it will reactivate. I have been back and forth to their stand at the mall because I kept having issues with my cigarette and got atomizers replaced and someone ended up giving me more information.

So a fews days afterwards I ended up losing my bottle of e juice which was the large bottle and cost quite a bit of money so as you can imagine I was ....... When I went to purchase a new bottle a different sales associate was at the stand. Some guy who kept insisting and urging me to buy a new starter kit when I mentioned my mother smokes. I told him I was running late for work but after 15 minutes of putting up with him he finally sold me the e juice but went on to insult me by saying "I guess you don't care if your mother gets cancer". He also didn't bother going over the flavors or strenghts of the liquids and ended up selling me a bottle that was due to expire in one month. I had to go back again to get it exchanged.

Overall I am just really upset with this business. Nobody bothered to mention to me that there is no return policy. Every legitimate business has one so I assumed there was one without asking about it. Big mistake.

I also read reviews and found out that prices and quality is better if you purchase online but I was too impatient.

I just want to know how others feel about the "smoking everywhere" brand and is there any tips on this stupid "safety chip" thing? I literally will have to wait at least an hour until I can smoke it regularly. I am getting barely any vapor and end up having to wait forever and it isn't an issue with the liquid, cartrige, or battery because I have two batteries and change them out to see if there is a change.

I contaced smoketolive.com and let them know everything and insisted I get a refund. If they give me one I will probably buy a better brand online but I just am kind of disapointed in the product and how much I paid for it.

Thanks for the replies again and any advice is welcome. :2cool:

I too got suckered into a SE kit. It was an overpriced POS. They wouldn't give me a refund so good luck. Oh well, live and learn. My SE was an RN 4081 and you can find parts online really cheap if you look. Litecigusa.net has a few parts in stock sometimes so you might want to check them out. Personally, I'd advise just getting a decent unit rather than dumping more $$$ into it, you'll upgrade sooner or later anyway.

The smoke everywhere is a rip-they just want you to buy their high priced product(i.e.their company).
Buying from them is like buying off ebay and waiting 7-14 days for your package,lol...
Buy offline from one of the supported companies in this forum-you'll be glad you did!
Welcome to the home away from home, the people here care and before you know it you'll be hooked.
In a safe and supported environment...

I too bought an overpriced piece of crap starting out, then found ECF and with research found a unit that works for me.
Using an Joye eGo / Riva type, which looks a lot like a small cigar, (big plus IMHO) good battery and parts, pieces are
easy to come by.

Check the videos Mistress made here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/120044-i-made-videos-newbies-particular-broke-newbies.html

And the list of suppliers on the main page of the forum, if they didn't deliver they wouldn't be there.

Ok Medic
You might have made a mistake on your first purchase....
I made a mistake on my first husband...
And a Chevy truck....

I don't know the brand you have, but apparently others here do and it may not be the best.....
But please, please don't give up on the ecig.

Hopefully others may be able to help you with the cutting off thing. Sounds crazy!

But my point is....get some advice here...perhaps invest in another brand

And you will learn alot here by reading and watching videos and asking questions.

We owe YOU alot. Thanks to you for all you do as well as your buddies!

And, don't give up, it DOES work.

Heck, I found out I don't need a husband (went thru a couple to find that out)
And I love Dodge Trucks (went thru a few brands to find that out)

All trial and error things
