I really hate to complain, but I am wasting money now.

I have, with the help from SI, quit smoking analogs for some time now. Having said that, I am always in need of nicotine liquid and clearos/tanks/coils etc... So that means, when I am running low, I have to be able to have supplies readily available.

For the past several weeks I have been waiting for sinnimon @ 24 and T3 heads to be in stock. I have been checking every single day to no avail. Just last week I had to order (6) 10 ml bottles of sinnimon due to not having the 30ml's in stock. That cost me an additional 8 dollars. The T3 heads are still not in stock and I am down to (2) coils left. (I will end up rebuilding older ones, but if I am a customer ready to spend money then why would you not want to sell them to me?)

It sure would be nice to know when the out of stock items are going to be restocked. That way I can plan ahead. Nothing aggravates me and frustrates me more then not knowing when I am going to be able to get my products.

I live in NE Ohio and feel loyal to you SI, but I can't continue to hope you will have what I need, when I need it.

Please fix this.

This has been an ongoing problem for SI that I made a very similar comment on about 6 or 7 months ago. I understand how the process of shipping containers and how the customs clearing process is pretty much out of their control, but maybe they could watch their stock a little closer and order a little sooner?

I am not an SI employee but I thought that I would add to the conversation to help.

Most of these items are shipped from China. The wait for containers to make their way through customs after the boat ride over is impossible to dictate. I have a customer that orders parts for emergency equipment that they manufacture and they have order containers full of parts to be able to sell their products and the container gets stuck in customs. One of their containers sat on the docks, 20 minutes away from their facility for 2 months. When they contacted the manufacturer in China, they were told that there was nothing that could be done and the only resolution was to wait or order a new container full and hope that one went through.

Quitting a habit that you can buy almost anywhere and moving to vaping where you can either hope you have a local store and/or the ability to stockpile your own supply can be very frustrating when you need something and can't get it. I am also waiting for T3 heads to come in

SI could order way more than they need but that would require space that they pay for by the square foot and maybe they need it and maybe they don't but I assume they figure out profit by how much their overhead is and the cost per square foot to warehouse parts versus what their sales are.....and I cannot think of a business owner who doesn't want to sell their product to paying customers.

Again, I understand your frustration but I wanted to point out how it could be out of SI's control.

I am showing that we have about 20 bottles of Sinnamon 30ml 24mg in right now but we may have just gotten it in. We are really doing our best to get the T3 head issue figured out but the last ones that we got in were just not acceptable to us. drummerskey hit the nail on the head as far as shipping taking a long time from overseas. NicQuid does come from here in Ohio and we are taking actions to keep it in stock better but when we stock pile liquid, we run the risk of it expiring before we sell it. If you run into this issue again, just give us a call and we will see what we can do for you = )

Half of my last batch of T3 heads seem to be okay, but that's not a really acceptable "success" rate.

I do hope SI can get its manufacturer to pay closer attention to QC, because mini T3s are all I vape with anymore! ):

I'd have to agree on the stock issue. I've been a loyal customer since 2011 and use SI products exclusively - it does seem to be getting more and more difficult to find my juice and cartos in stock. (I'm currently watching the site daily for my 6mg vanilla) Running out is not an option, and I'm getting a little tired of settling for product I don't really want because I can't get what I do.
