I don't think any of them are public besides big tobacco. Also, might be a risky investment considering the FDA's regulations.

I'm not sure where the EU is at in terms of regulations but vaping is just catching on in Western Europe where the market for vaping equipment and supplies I imagine will be radically expanding.

I agree with v1k1ng. The only companies to invest in currently that is in the US are big tobacco, and honestly I would be going long on those companies, I be placing shorts. You might want to look into trading in foreign markets (HK) and see if companies like Dekang or Kanger might be publicly traded... or even Hcigar or Ehpro... etc.
