Hope whoever you bought it from didnt gut it to see how the wiring looks like.

At least you got yours! My tracking still hasnt updated....

And speaking of, my long black panel on the side with the logo had a wire running directly through the center of it so it looked pretty bad. Does anyone else's look like this?

Second edit: Fluidvapes is taking it back. So problem solved I guess. Now I have to wait for my refund and either get another one or wait for something else I guess

You're lucky they still haven't emailed me back. I think what happened with mine is quality control never inspected it.I noticed when I got it there was not a qc sticker on the inside.

Maybe there's something to this then. What's wrong with yours exactly? Maybe fluid got a rushed batch or something and that's why they had them first. FYI their contact form doesn't work. direct email to info@fluidvapes.com got me a reply, albeit short and almost rude, in less than 30 minutes

On battery selection...

A 3100 mAh battery will not give 3100 mAh at both 1.5A and 15A drain...as the load put on the battery increases, the battery's capacity decreases. You must look up battery graphs (like those at lygte-info) to find out the actual performance of a battery at somewhere near where you are going to be vaping. The Samsung 25R is the longest-lasting battery I've found yet with performance similar to what we want, but you should look at the graphs and make that decision yourself.

Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
I'm thinking if we get refunds we should buy somewhere else. I'm talking to someone at pioneer4you asking him if he'll sell to me direct maybe we can both get one. I'll ask if you want

Shipping is sky high , the device costs about $54.00 but shipping makes it around $100.00 . That being the case i would let a vendor deal with issues , you don't want to have to send yours back to Greenleaf with you paying shipping costs.

OK , that may not be applicable , supposedly Greenleaf is in the process of setting up their USA based service center.

I am having trouble turning my touch screen off. I have tried it with atty on and atty off. I am pressing the power button and the Minus button at the same time and it remains the same ( touch screen working ).

How do you turn the touch screen off?

Did you realize that he does fire and the + button for touch screen ON and then does fire and - for touch screen OFF?

EDIT: sorry for double post

This is from reddit - i dont have mine yet so i cant confirm:

"You can actually disable it completely with a long press of fire and - simultaneously. However all it does is act as a second fire button on the top of the device. Gimmicky. Mine is disabled to never turn on again, unless someone wants to see it."

"I actually added an update. You can disable the touch sensor by longpressing + and fire. You can reenable it by longpressing - and fire.
I got it right (on mine at least). You need to tap it once to active the device via the regular button then within 10 seconds (on mine and manual) of no other button press, you can use the touch sensor."
