Do you even realize how hypocritical the end of that statement is? You literally just said I'm being so offensive to people that don't share my opinion because I hate it when people are rude to people just because they dont share their point of view
I don't think it's immediately obvious that voting for Obama makes me a gullible person. So there's that. And I don't think I've been toeing anyone's party line. On the contrary I'm one of the few asking everyone to .... and wait till we see what's up before conducting a premature crucifixion. So there's that too.
I'm far from perfect , just ignore it is the best way i have found.
Oh, one last thing , you have to go back and see who started this thing , i was perfectly happy and non confrontational up until i was called out and attacked by another so i'm not the one who started any of this but i'll admit i'm relentless if i am provoked first .

OK, youre right, ignoring is the way to go, I shouldn't have even replied, I let my frustration get the best of me. It doesn't matter to me who started it, we can all just stop right now and end it. I think we can all agree that nothing productive is coming from this.

So it pretty much sounds like P4Y is going to screw over those of us that bought from elev8 because of a spat between the 2 that us customers have nothing to do with? Great customer service there. How can they prove that you didn't just buy it from some B&M store with cash so you don't have a receipt? That sounds pretty shady on their part to claim the warranty is void for those who bought from elev8. They had better get the statement out sooner rather than later and post it in an official way and not just being passed along on the forum or word of mouth.
Yeaaaaa. Judging from what elev8 is saying and the email, even if they are cutting off future supplies, at least two huge shipments are currently enroute to elev8. That's at least several hundreds of folks (like myself) with a unit from elev8.
It's kinda crappy for them to just say "oh well no warranty for all you suckers"
I think... again this is JUST MY OPNION... that they are getting a shipment and maybe then being cut off by P4Y. (That way they can cover orders.)
What is confusing is that they seem to be still taking orders. Albeit they are now 109.00 and not 79.00
Of course all one would have to do is change the name and address of the person buying them to get around being blackballed
I suppose if you are dishonest in one way nothing stops you from being dishonest in another.
I am just glad P4Y helped clarify to clear my name so I can step out of this mess.

I noticed, I actually canceled my elev8 order, I was going to give it to a friend but its not worth risking getting ripped off, she would definitely want the warranty also. It could easily be P4Y is telling different people different things, that seems like the most likely option, but its not worth the anxiety. I already canceled and reconfirmed it once, I just canceled it again, elev8 must hate me, I had really good CS from them, I feel bad cancelling, but I already have one and its just not worth the headaches.
I don't know how to quote two posts, sorry for the double post, but I appreciate the apology even though it wasn't really intended for me. If this was in person this would be an ideal time for a handshake and a nod.

How didcha cancel the order? I checked into my account on elev8 and there wasn't an option. I'm guessing you emailed them? And I'm assuming they'll automatically process the refund?
I'm gonna hold up till the end of the week before taking any actions.
Well, I didn't want my broken mod to go back to china anyway...mehh

Ya I emailed them from a personal account, the first time they didn't reply they just canceled it without notifying me, so I'll let you know how it goes. I'm going to message them from my elev8 account also
