My eleaf Istick 100w starts to go bad, where my car usb adapter evidently over charged it (say burned, like I see smoke coming from the usb plug in the device and quickly unplugged it). The Eleaf still works but can only charge my 18650's in the rack charger. I read the IPV reviews and order it from a vendor who's tagline is: "providers of box mods that work properly."

I have an Ehpro Big Buddha RBA on it and in every setting, TCR, Manual, SX Pure, Joule mode or Power mode, high or low wattage, high or low voltage.... the thing wont fire more than 2 seconds then I get the "Check Bat" message on the IPV screen. The IPV has almost zero in the box instructions and youtube aint much help....probably due to the infinite number of setting requirements depending on the tank, etc. Its way too regulated.

The Ehpro works fine in the Eleaf, shows my dual coil is subbed at 0.32 ohms and I get good cloud. But the IPV should be the better device....anyone have IPV 400 (typo in title .... no "n") settings resources or experience, I would use it.

Batteries= (2) IMR 18650 - 3.7 V - 2000mAh (7.4WH).
What is the brand and model? Imr is a type of chemistry, 3.7 the nominal voltage of all (well, most) 18650s, and 2000 mAh the capacity. That information doesn't give the discharge rating (amps) which is what you need to know.

Theres an "AW" sticker on it, red....likely over 18 months old. Other than "made in china" theres no other info on the batteries. I have the same battery type pair on order from Slowtech....waiting.

Unless something has changed, the AW 2000 mAh 18650 is a 10 Amp battery. Add 18 months of service and lets call it a 7 Amp battery...

Time for new cells.
Please select from the chart posted above and order them from a trusted seller.

So I get new cells (thx for the resource Izan) then what? How does the IPV400 setup? theres no manual on the Pioneer4you website btw....just that business card sized brief in the box. How do I determine TCR or Ti or mode or the other variables?
The Djlsb vapes review goes through the menu system quite well:
