Hi all!

The iVP Mini and Atlantis came last week so I've had a chance to work with it. I keep reading that most are running the mod between 20 and 30 watts. I seem to be doing better at 8 to 10 watts. It fires just fine at the lower watts so I am wondering if I have it wrong in my head about higher wattage. At 8 watts, it reads 2.0v and .5 ohms. Anyway, I am very happy with the new Atlantis especially after I saw a video on how to completely get the tank full.

I dont think ipvmini has step down regulation. So if you set the watts lower than what the battery has in it... it will just provide whatever volts the battery is.

I'm going to have to reserve judgement on this one until someone with a Scope test it out.
3.86v Battery @ 25 watts on my .6 ohm Magma.
Nice, Very warm Vape with plenty of Flavor and Clouds.
Same Battery/Magma immediately switched to 5 Watts and it looses much of the Vapor, all the heat and a good amount of flavor drop off.

Something is definitely happening. If I am already at Battery Voltage there should be no or at least minimal change if no down conversion is taking place. I just do not know or have the proper equipment to explain what is happening.

I am glad it is though. :)

Sub ohm chart also references 3.5v @ 20.42w
