IPV2 Beast

I just received an ipv2 and an original aspire nautilus and the new nautilus mini atomizers (fit the original)... amazing amazing amazing....

I came from mvp2 with aerotank and this doesn't even compare. This is the best "lazy" man setup I've found yet. I don't think I'll ever go to 50 watts but who knows....

Just an fyi the aerotank doesn't register (says low resistance) with ipv2....

I'd already be wondering why it can't read the aerotank properly.
A device is only as good as its assembly, not its design.

Had my eye on one but think it is best to see who they fair.

If your aerotank works on your MVP you may need to adjust the 510 center pin on your IPV. If that doesn't work contact your vendor. The IPV has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

The Aerotank's center pin does not extend past it's 510 threading, so its probably not making contact, or worse, shorting on the IPV. I understand that the IPV has an adjustable center pin, so a minor adjustment on the mod might fix you up.

I actually read online somewhere that the aerotank doesn't register and it didn't, I tried numerous adjustments to the pin but nothing. I'm not sure why but I'll keep it as my backup on my mvp2. I tried a regular protank and it registered but didn't vape great at all....either way, I couldn't be happier with this setup.

yea the ipv2 is the best mod ive used to date and im sure the only one that would beat it (besides custom made) would be the gi2 which you cant really get anymore. and didnt read through the posts but are you sure there contact with you aerotank?

I'm not 100% sure that the aerotank will not work but I played around with it for a while (raising and lowering pin, changing atomizer etc)...I'm happier with the nautilus at this point anyway and wouldn't want to deal with that on every refill..if someone proves differently that's great, it was just a warning to look out for.

if your Aero tank is not sitting right you can adjust the 510 on the ipv2 with a little screwdriver. Raise the screw and see if the tank registers then.

If you pull the pin a little on the aerotank then put a small o-ring as a spacer between the 510 and threads on the aerotank it should work. I read that somewhere on here

adjust the 510 screw on the ipv and you will be fine.
