Ipv2s problems

I have had my ipv2s for about a month now. Today the display won't come on. I can still vape on it but can't tell what wattage I'm at. I have tried taking the battery out to reset it but that didn't work. I was wondering if there is a function that I don't know about that turns the display off and on. I hope this is the problem and my mod is not broken.

Hopefully u filled out the warranty card..... u know it does have a one year warranty. Context them at pioneer4you.com

I contacted the vender I bought it from (Altsmoke) and they sent me a replacement.
