ipv3li update error

I cant update my ipv3li to 200watt 100joules. I've tried almost everything. No batteries,no tank, just the mod and the usb cable that came with it. Also tried other usb cable. Can i do it at vapeshop?

The ipv3 Li doesn't come with batteries or a tank. The usb cable is used to update the mod. You have to download it from online. I don't have the link, but I'm sure someone will come along and help you.
