Gearbest has them I believe not sure of others as I'm not interested in that particular mod but sure there are others though recall might have slowed things down a bit.

I've got an order in with them for another tc mod but its on pre sale so no experience with them postage wise but seen a few people on various forums that have used them with no problems. My pre sale ends at the end of may so not expecting it till maybe middle of July.
