Easy, no buffing, no scratches no power tools etc. remove your mirror plate covering tape off desired screen view area. grab a microfiber or soft rag and some wd 40. spray on rag and use finger to rub off mirror polish. 
ipv4 mirror finish removal.

As an FYI, the new batch of silver IPV4s come with a black screen protector (with a clear window over the display) instead of the mirrored. Sucks for all the folks that got the first batch, but at least they changed it.
yea, i dont mind the mirror finish now that its removed from the screen area. But later releases almost always get better.
