Hi, not been on for a while. I've been smoke free for nearly 5 years now still enjoy vaping.
Recently my wife bought the iqos device . Instead of getting
6 minutes out the holder she is only getting 2 to 3 minutes, has any one else had this problem.

May want to contact the business she purchased the device from and see if she can get a replacement.

The iQOS hasn't been released in North America yet, so I'm not very familiar with the device other than knowing it vaporizes the tobacco in a specially made cigarette. It's considered a harm reduction device, but very few on ECF have seen or tried one.
