I go through somewhere between 20ml and 30ml a day between my TFV4 and various RDAs.
For me it all depends if I am really busy that day or not.

DIY is the way to go if your using a lot of juice.
Of course then you start buying 100s of flavors and start going all mad scientist experimenting:)

Yes, this is costing more than the cigarettes did! :) My everyday flavor is a very light strawberry flavor.

Some delivery devices really use a lot of juice!

I basically couldn't AFFORD to vape that much.

Lucky for you, strawberry vape is one of easiest to DIY. Capella "sweet strawberry" is entirely vapeable by itself in some pg/vg nic solution. If you need creamy throw in a little TFA Bavarian cream. You can get all in one place at My Freedom Smokes, just looked it up for ya.

I tend to have the urge to take a dump/vomit if I vaped too much.

Not sure if its because of the nicotine but I've read somewhere that nicotine can have laxative effects.
My wife and I were happily testing flavors at a shop near where we live around the time we first picked up vaping. We tested quite a few flavors before my wife said she was feeling light headed. I asked the guy at the counter what strength the testers were and he said 12. I kept testing because it wasn't bothering me, I always smoked more than she did. Well, as soon as we got in the car to leave she made me stop so she could lose her lunch OUTSIDE the car.

Also, when I first started experimenting with tobacco as a young teenager I remember getting very sick and hurling the first time I tried dip. Nicotine will definitely make you vomit. It is the body's way of telling you that you've had too much. I think there is some build up of tolerance to it that varies from person to person. I never got nic-sick while trying to find the right juice for me. My wife got sick 2 or 3 times, I think, trying to find her nic level.

Its strange as the only time i've had that happening to me when I was on analogs and went through 2 packs in a day. I thought all that smoking would have helped my body build up some tolerance to the effects of nicotine but boy was I wrong.

Its much easier to fall into the habit of chain vaping as its only a button away and one can do it indoors any time.

I vape 5-10ml a day. I get a satisifing dose of nic and good flavor........... Get me through life

That does not mean there are not days many of them. Where I grab the mech wrap a 1/2ohm coil and vape a bottle of GREAT tasting Juice away in a sitting.
You know like drinking Coors during the week and REAL beer on the weekend. Both'll get you a buzz, one is more enjoyable while it does it..

Just because your device is capable of 100 watts, doesn't mean you have to use them.

If you are using a Flavored and Sweetened e-Liquid, using 30ml/day seems like a Lot of Flavoring/Sweetener to Inhale Everyday.

Do you want to Vape Less ml/day ?

I would be more concerned about how much flavouring I was vaping with 30ml daily ... most high VG juices already have a higher % of flavouring in them than a 50/50 juice.

PG/VG or nicotine is not the issue ... vape as much of that as you want.

Inhaling the flavouring is the really big unknown

you can correlate watts and mg nicotine together.
for a ballpark figure use 100
5watts x 20mg
10watt x 10mg
20watts x 5mg

Yeah... That is kinda My thinking.

At 15% Flavoring/Sweetener, that would be 4.5ml of Flavoring/Sweetener. PER DAY.

That is a Lot of Flavoring/Sweetener.

I'm with you on this zoiD ... I am surprised the high VG/high flavouring topic has not gained much press (sure, we hear some about DAP giving everyone popcorn lung).

However, I do believe with the trend of high watt, sub ohm, juice guzzling devices ... the sheer amount of flavouring in high VG juice is going to become an issue.

some folks are vaping more than the daily 30ml the OP is.

I agree.

And I when I hear of People using Larger and Larger amounts of ml/day, I think the phrase ''sola dosis facit venenum" becomes more and more Pertinent.

BTW - I think it is Cool though that since the Five Pawns Da / AP Train Wreck, that there has been a Resurgence in people Trying Unflavored and or HOF (Hint of Flavor).
