Is a KR808D1 and Volt the same set up?

Ok all, I'm a little confused. My father in-law is open minded to give e cigs a try so I'm passing it forward with my original KR808D1 batteries.
My question: I have this KR808D1 set up KR808D1 Starter Kit - AUTO Switch
Will the Volt cartridges work on the above batteries? I'm thinking about these Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette as he is a grape miniature cigar smoker.
What I have been reading, they the Volt is a version of the KR808D1 but I want to make sure before I order him a bunch of carts to start off with.
