just got my passthrough and it doesn't work very well...maybe my wicks (attys)? aren't low or high enough. I make them at 2.0 - 2.4
I need more information. What battery are you using? And what juice attachment are you using? You make your own wicks or coils? This is extremely confusing.

"doesn't work very well". Explain: no vapor production? Mininal vapor? Harsh or unpleasant vapor?

Proper Terminology: Is it a carto, a tank, or what? Juice Delivery Attachments.

To answer the question in your thread title, no. An adaptor is a short metal piece with threading on both sides to allow connection between two incompatible threaded devices. An atty is a general catch-all term for a juice attachment that has a heating coil (atomizer) in it.

I use a kanger with a clearomizer..make my own wicks around 2.0-2.4 and I used the adapter I have to recharge my Kanger batteries to plug my VaporKings passthrough in. I have a feeling maybe the adapter that I am using is not strong enough. I think it is a .1a, if that sounds right Someone posted I need a 2a adapter

Sorry if you thought we were asking too many questions. We were just trying to understand what type of problem you were having, and with which part of the system... In the context you used "adaptor", were you referring to the A/C wall adaptor that the USB charging cable plugs into? and when you used "more powerful adaptor (2a)" did you mean getting a 2 amp output wall adaptor to use with the pass-through charging cable? If so, then that is probably the solution. Sorry if we didn't understand it sooner.
