Is anyone having problems with the discount codes?

The 2010 discount codes are not working. Is anyone else having a problem with this?

I sent an email on the 19th. Valerie responded on the 20th indicating she would look into it.

I sent another email to Mark on the 23rd and Valerie came back with - she would contact Steve and their IT guy.

Meanwhile, my order has been sitting in the shopping cart since the 19th.

what code are you trying to use? remember, the price AFTER code is entered must be HIGHER then the codes $ amount. eg. in order to use "smilin15" i must purchase atleast $177 worth which would bring the price down to just above 150 if im not mistaken.

I used good ol' SMILIN today and it worked.

I went "discount-less" in my last order just to see if it makes a difference in what kind of sweet, sweet freebies I get. No expectation, of course... just a test to satisfy my own curiosity.

I did this same thing with one of my orders, but only because I forgot to include the code.
