Just curious... Has anyone been able to place an order in the past week or two? I haven't checked everyday but seem to keep missing the opportunity to spend.

We open each day at 8am PST and remain open until our order capacity is reached. This is the physical limit of orders we can take and process within 24 hours. What this ends up meaning is that we open at 8am PST and close at varied times depending on how many orders we receive. Unfortunately, this means we close... period. I would like to stay open 24/7 but we just aren't able to do that at this time and I do not want to put our customers through the myriad of problems that would arise if we tried(in this decision we are applying past experiences and lessons)

I can say that on average we stay open 4 to 8 hours a day, longer on odd days (midweek/holidays/etc.).

I hope this helps explain the issue and why you will come across our closed sign from time to time. We are working towards growth in the business and hopefully can stay open longer as we upgrade.

Thanks for the quick response guys. My fear was that there may have been an unannounced/unplanned issue impacting the business.

I was able to get an order in today around 1p cst, so all is good!
