Ordered my extra battery and attys from The Electronic Cig company, found them slighty cheaper.

TECC and TW are the same company (in the same ownership). As far as no warranty on the multipacks, I'm certain UK law says they must be fit for the purpose and as such should be covered for at least dead on arrival. Don't think it will be too long before thats tested by someone

I stand corrected, thanks Sludge. The end of the thread you linked to is interesting though, I'm pretty sure under consumer law if you receive faulty goods, no matter what the retailer says, you have the right to get a repair, replacement or refund. From my experience TW aren't an unreasonable company and I'm sure you wouldn't have to go as far as to quote consumers laws at them. See Lisa's response above. :)

Yep Jackie, I didn't have to quote any kind of law at them. I just tested them immediately upon receipt, found 1 dead one, emailed TW and they shipped a new one right away and requested that I shipped the old one back to them at my convenience.
No problems at all......

They did initially say that they would replace any DOA. Then Jason posted that (in the thread I linked to). It would seem that they are no longer replacing them.
Only thing I can think of is that they had people taking the P then. Receiving a new packet and saying that one was dead when in fact it was an older one they had?
Slightly shady but entirely possible I would think.
