Hi Guys:D
OK I have spent hours watching you tube vids and reading threads and I'm interested to know what is the current most popular method for round 510 carts for PTB, is it the:

1. Double Folded, Loosely Rolled, Frayed Plug (phew!)
OR....
2. Completely Shredded

As we are all looking for something different I am wanting a longer lasting cart filler, I'm not interested in re-use at this stage or particular quality of vape just want it to last longer than 25 vapes. I am a slow long drag vaper (I am inspired by igetcha vids:cool:)

Thanks for your feedback

I used the double-folded-overly-long-description-method for awhile but found that, for me, just the plain rolled and fold method was best.

- Make the PTB into a rectangle by cutting all the edges.
- Roll it along the least wide part and make a roll.
- fold the roll in half
- fold a "V" into what you now have
- stuff that folded end down into a cart
- cut off anything poking out of the top

This creates a PTB filler that has it's own built in straw mod but is still loose enough to wick well.

If you have PTB what I would suggest is try the shredded. If it works for you great. No need to look further. If not try something else. But the shredded and the 'Roll, Fold and Trim' are really easy to make and may be all you need. Personally I use FRF PTB.

Assuming you aim for long slow vapes (4-5 seconds) can you tell me how many vapes you get from one 510 FRF cart?

I have not counted vapes mainly because due to the way I personally vape. I usually take 1-2 8-10 second vapes during the day and at night in bed when I'm the only one up in the house watching TV its pretty much more constant. But what I can tell you is that the cart more often than not lasts longer than my 510 manual battery. I would think it was time to top off my cart because the taste is starting to fall off but once the vapor slows down I know that it is the battery and not the cart. I dont know if this information helps. My day is usually all over the place to count vapes but again I would have to change out batteries before topping off my cart.

Does that help at all?

I just discovered the thread on this mod after trying roll, fold & trim. Decided to give yours a shot. Hopefully I can make an 801 cart last all day. Just wanted to ask since it seems to be evolving, is the df/ lr/f the latest iteration of this mod or have you improved on it again? Also, for an 801 should I use 2 tea bags?

I have tried many variations. I have moved back to the DF/LR/F.
I only have 510s. I may need to get an 801 if not just to try the mod.
