I just received my first order of dulce de leche. I know it needs to be steeped for at least a week or two but it sure smells and tastes exactly like caramel popcorn. Can I expect it to build some different tastes after it steeps for a few weeks? I know they are both caramel based flavors, but I was hoping to get something a little bit different.

They are totally different they both have caramel but not the same. DDL needs at least 3 weeks steep. I never cared for it as a stand alone but it makes a great mixer.

Markimar,

Just curious what you use the DDL to mix with? Just in case I do not like it as a stand alone vape. I would hate to have it go to waste. As I noted in my OP, I am hoping after a few weeks of steeping that the flavors will develop enough to give me a definate different experience than Caramel Popcorn. I do love Caramel popcorn and I vaped it exclusively for my first 6 months of vaping. But I kinda burned myself out on it. So, I would love to hear your suggestions.

Not only are the flavors different (the popcorn in CP is strong and distinct, while DdL has a dairy element), but they feel differently in the mouth. I have no idea how he does it, but CP somehow feels *dry*.

I'm a fan of both.

I have a question about the Dulce de Leche. I love almost anything Dulce de Leche and have even tried a dulce de leche juice from another vendor and it was pretty good but I was wondering about the TV DDL. It says in the description it has a splash of Jamaican rum. I wanted to know how strong that is or if it's very noticeable. Like I said I LOVE LOVE LOVE anything Dulce de Leche but I hate anything that tastes like butter rum or alcohol type rum. Is that what this tastes like. Also would it be possible to order it without the splash of Jamaican? Or would mess up the whole recipe? Also for anyone else who really likes sweet or bakery type flavors, What other TV flavors would you recommend? How are the almond horn, Boston cream pie, bananas foster and even the pear marzipan. Thanks for your help. :)

Karla I got Delcu de Leche from Blue Mist with cotton candy order last week (which btw stunk lol), the DDL juice smells like caramel and coffee (it has 12MG of nic too) it smells awesome and tastes pretty decent (I took a lick of a drop.) Don't have an atty right now to devote to that flavor so can't try it out right now.

Good luck trying to order anything on TV's site though, the site is down more than it's up!
