Despite all the devices and juice lines out there right now, Halo was one of the first brands I even considered when getting into this vape thing.

Many high wattage APV's, mech mods, tanks and drippers later... I still wouldn't mind getting a Triton to add to the plethora. Mainly for its simplicity and on-the-go usage. Talk about going back in time, but eh?

They finally offer a proper 510 adapter for the Triton, kind of tempting...

halo did used to have a good rep.

as for the adapter, for me personally it's like too late. I'm a person that rebels against that sort of thing; they should have just thrown in adapters with their kits early o clock once 510 became the defacto standard; instead it seems they either attempted to lock in their customers or didn't care; either way, when I see the ranks with the expensive halo juice on the left and the not as expensive juices over on the right, it's one reason to turn to the right.

Their batteries and tanks work extremely well together. Expensive really depends on one's situation. I feel they are appropriately priced...

I still use my Tritons almost daily. There's just something about a hot airy vape from a lightweight mod that I really like...

It's what I started with 2 years ago and it's still the gear I use 95% of the time. In fact, my 2 original 650s are my regular rotation "at home" batteries because they look like hell and they need to be charged every 2 hours, but they just keep going.

Yeah. Those who don't know just say they are generic branded eGos with their name, but Maybe Halo buys the A bin batteries from the production line and the B and C bin one's go elsewhere...

I have no idea, but I'm trying to kill those two because I have backups I'm waiting to put into use, but I just cannot kill them. I gave the 900 battery/tank I used at work for a year to my GF's daughter and she's been using it with no hassles for 8 months. I have yet to be able to kill a single Triton battery.

I broke one once due to pocket carrying, which was the only one out of the 2 of every size and 6 VV I have which is no longer in service...

We were at a bar and my GF knocked one of mine into a sink full of hot soapy water on the other side of the bar, and it took the barmaid at least two minutes to fish it out for me. I think that's the one that I gave to my GF's daughter.

The Variable Voltage Triton would logically be the only battery anyone should purchase from them.

With a standard Triton battery, fully charged, you're stuck at 6-10 watts depending solely upon your coil resistance. That's a good range for high-nic level juices though. But, your amount of vaping power is going to diminish as the battery dies, or does the battery cut off at a certain stage?

Why Halo offers 2.0 - 3.0 coils is beyond me. That's only around 5 watts, the absolute bare minimum. Maybe that's when their Variable Voltage Triton comes into play, but c'mon haha.

The standard 650 mAh are my favorites. It's non regulated. I always use the 2.2-2.4 ohm coils- whether it be in the non regulated or VV Tritons...

I have VV batteries, and quite honestly, they are a pain in the .... Never set for what I think, and I can't even tell, I set them for 4.2v all of the time, if I can even see the dial. The simple gear got me off of cigs and keeps me off of cigs. As long as 12 mg is flowing through 4.2 and 2.2 and producing vapor, I'm fine. Not a hobby for me, just a replacement habit. If you like to take the activity further, good for you, I'll stick with the reason I turned, which is a $1 a day fix to replace a $7 a day fix.
