Are all of these subsidiaries of the same company? Just want to be sure, sorry for the dumb question

To answer your question directly, no they are not related. All three companies are separate entities. However, as a few already stated, they are all Chinese manufacturers.
I know I may be new to ECF (low post count) I've been around manufactures from China in electronic, durable & furniture goods.
Most manufacturers are like joyetech. A person/company will design a device or product. They will contact a company from China to manufacture said product. Some companies are willing to sell exclusive rights to let said manufacture also create their own copy. This is where the eVic came from. Ovale designed and sold some type of rights to joyetech. Both companies manufacture the eVic, but Ovale was the original designer. I own a joyetech version of the eVic.
Innokin is a designer and a manufacturer. They design and produce all their own products. I've seen & used most of the Innokin products. They are solid. I actually own the iTaste vv V3.
Vision looks to be the same as Innokin. Maybe someone else could comment on the type of company they are.
