I went to put an order in and use some reward points but it's gone including the chat window. Tried it on both Explorer and Firefox. Is it gone for good?
Is it just me or is the Rewards Section missing on the website?

Weird, I tried chrome on both PC and Mobile and still not seeing it. I see a Rewards box, but after I sign in, it vanishes. hmmmmmm

working for me...that said i have had that issue you are experiencing....i think i rebooted or just didnt bother with it when it would happen with 2 browsers...then theres the clear cookies and all that too 
Well, I used 3 browsers and 2 different devices with the same result. So it's probably based off my account. That and the black cloud that seems to be following me around today.
Ha, Just when I was about to clear my cookies, Rewards came back. Odd, I didn't do anything yet to fix it.
Yep! Nasty, cigarette puffin' Gremlins!!! Looks like a flasher Gremlin too. You may get a warning for sharing a bit of a risque picture, don't ya know?

There is a caching issue between loyalis (the rewards program) and big Commerce... They don't always play nice. Sometimes a Cclean and a reboot is needed to make the rewards work!

No offense intended, Clark, but I cringe every time I hear someone suggest a reboot to fix a browser problem. All you should need to do is clear your cookies/cache, close completely out of your web browser, and open it again. If you have to restart your system, the web program is doing things with your system outside the browser. That would raise red flags for me and prompt me to start investigating.
I had the same problem last week. The rewards system was up when I first got to the site, but when I started filling a cart it disappeared. Shouldn't there be a box on the checkout page asking if you want to use your rewards? Nothing, nada on my checkout page and I was logged in...
Ccleaner usually does the trick - it does a great job of cleaning cache and cookies, and forces you to close and ...... the browser. My 2c.

In the options, make sure you configure it to reload the page, and not clear anything but the cache. This will then just clear the cache for that webpage when you click on its little icon on the browser bar
